Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of Market Fortress and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

You may use the Service for lawful corporate governance, compliance, and disclosure purposes for the public-company issuer for which you have authorization.

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware.
• Attempting to interfere with the Service's integrity, including probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities without express written permission.
• Using the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
• Sharing access credentials outside your authorized team.
• Using the Service to engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or other securities-law violations.

If you upload material non-public information, you represent that you have lawful authorization to do so. Misuse of MNPI uploaded through the Service violates this Policy and may violate securities laws.

Suspected violations should be reported to abuse@marketfortress.app. Security vulnerabilities may be disclosed to security@marketfortress.app.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, suspension, or termination of access. Where required, we will cooperate with law enforcement.
