Privacy Policy

Market Fortress (“we”, “us”) provides governance and compliance software for public-company issuers. This Policy describes how we handle information collected when you visit our website or use our Service.

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or contact us: name, email, company name, role, and any data you upload.

We collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and protect against unauthorized access.
• To send transactional notifications (filings, deadlines, audit events).
• To respond to your support inquiries.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Subprocessors that operate parts of the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, AI inference). Each is contractually bound to confidentiality and security obligations.
• Authorities, when legally required.
• Successor entities, in the event of a merger or acquisition (with continuity of this Policy).

To provide the Service, we send Customer Data, which can include MNPI, to business AI services from Google and Anthropic. Features that use Google Vertex AI, including the drafting workspace, board materials and vault questions, run in our own Google Cloud project, in a United States region. Filings uploaded for automatic extraction are read through Google's Gemini API. Some features, including the ACE assistant, currently send text to Anthropic's API. Under each provider's business terms, the provider may not use this data to train its models. Providers may keep it for a limited time under their terms, for example for abuse monitoring. We retain Customer Data for the duration of your subscription. After termination you have a 30-day window to export. After that, data is deleted or anonymized except where retention is required by law (e.g., audit logs).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you. Submit requests to ace@marketfortress.app.

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with a new effective date.
