Billing and tier upgrade
How billing works and how to change tier.
Billing is monthly or annual, charged in advance. Tiers are: Pilot, Compliance, Concierge, and Enterprise.
Tier overview
- Pilot (free, 30 days): full access for evaluation. No EDGAR submission.
- Compliance: Vault, Drafts, Calendar, Operations, Integrations, Audit Trail.
- Concierge: everything in Compliance, plus the Concierge module for S-1 / Reg A / F-1.
- Enterprise: everything in Concierge, plus custom roles, dedicated CSM, SLA, on-prem option.
Annual vs monthly
Annual billing saves 17%. Switch any time; the change applies on the next renewal.
Upgrading
Settings > Billing > Change Plan. The change is immediate and prorated.
Downgrading
Settings > Billing > Change Plan. The downgrade applies at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the higher tier until then. Data created on the higher tier (e.g., Concierge drafts) is preserved but read-only after downgrade.
Cancellation
Settings > Billing > Cancel. The cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period. We do not delete your data after cancellation; you have 90 days to export everything before the workspace is archived.
