QuickBooks integration

Connect QuickBooks Online and Market Fortress reads your trial balance, journal entries, and financial statements live.

Setup

Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks > Connect. OAuth flow on QuickBooks side. You pick the entity (if you have multiple QuickBooks files).

What syncs

Trial balance (daily), GL detail (on-demand), and three financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow). Sync is one-way (QuickBooks to Market Fortress).

How it lands in filings

The 10-Q and 10-K wizards read the statements directly. You confirm and continue. Restatements are flagged when balances change after the prior period close.

What we do not do

We do not write to QuickBooks. We never edit your books. We never touch QuickBooks data outside the agreed scopes.

Mapping

The first sync prompts you to map QuickBooks accounts to the SEC presentation taxonomy. The mapping is saved and reused. You can edit it later.
