Carta sync

The Carta integration keeps the cap table live without manual entry.

Setup

Settings > Integrations > Carta. Click Connect. You sign in to Carta and approve the read scopes. We do not request write scopes; we never modify your Carta data.

What syncs

Holders, security classes, transactions (issuances, transfers, exercises, conversions, cancellations), and option grants. Sync runs hourly and on-demand.

Conflict resolution

If you edit the cap table in Market Fortress between syncs and Carta has changed too, the next sync surfaces the conflict in an amber bar. You pick a winner or merge.

Disconnecting

Settings > Integrations > Carta > Disconnect. The cap table remains in Market Fortress as of the last sync. Future changes must be entered manually.
