Multi-user collaboration in Concierge

How counsel, auditors, CFO, and you work in the same draft simultaneously.

Updated 2026-04-30conciergecollaborationcounsel

Concierge supports up to 12 simultaneous editors on the same draft. Conflicts are resolved at the paragraph level.

Who has access

Whoever you invite. Magic-link external users (counsel, auditors) get scoped access to specific Items. Internal users (CEO, CFO, IR) get full access by default.

How conflicts are resolved

If two editors edit the same paragraph at the same time, the second editor sees a "conflict" amber bar with a side-by-side merge view. They pick a winner or write a hand merge.

How redlines work

Counsel redlines are tracked in a side panel: the original text, the proposed change, and a comment. You accept, reject, or edit each redline. Bulk-accept by counsel firm is available.

How comments work

Inline comments on any paragraph or section. Comments are threaded. Mentions (@CFO) trigger email and in-app notifications.

Audit trail

Every edit, redline, accept, and reject is logged with the actor and timestamp. The audit trail is exportable to PDF for the closing binder.
