Quick Start

Push a filing to the Vault

Promote facts from a draft into the Vault so they are reused everywhere.

Updated 2026-04-30vaultdraftssync

When you finish a filing, you push the new disclosures to the Vault so future filings inherit them.

When to push

After EDGAR submission, before you start the next filing. The push is non-destructive: existing Vault entries are kept; new facts are appended; conflicts are flagged for your review.

How to push

  1. Open the submitted filing in Drafts.
  2. Click "Push to Vault" in the right-hand action rail.
  3. Review the diff: the system shows new facts in green, modified facts in amber, and unchanged facts in grey.
  4. Accept all, accept selectively, or cancel.

What if I made a mistake

Every push is logged in the audit trail with a one-click undo for 30 days. After 30 days, you can still revert individual facts manually but the bulk undo is gone.

What does not get pushed

Numerical financial statements are not pushed automatically. They flow through the Financials module instead, which has its own controls for restatements and revisions. Everything else (officers, contracts, litigation, risk factors) pushes.
