Pre-flight checklist

The wizard refuses to start until:

• Trial balance for the quarter is loaded.
• Officers and directors are current.
• Disclosure controls certification is signed by the CEO and CFO.
• Auditor review for any restated period is on file.

Part I (Financial Information): pulled from Financials. You confirm and edit. Part II (Other Information): pulled from Vault. New legal proceedings, risk factor changes, equity issuances, defaults.
