Market Fortress supports 76 filing types across three regulators.
SEC
10-K, 10-Q, 8-K (every Item), DEF 14A, S-1, S-3, S-4, S-8, F-1, F-3, F-4, Form 3, Form 4, Form 5, 13D, 13G, 13F, NT 10-K, NT 10-Q, NT 12b-25, and amendments to all of the above.
OTC
OTC Pink and OTCQB / OTCQX disclosure forms, including the Annual Report, Quarterly Report, Current Information, and Reg A 1-A / 1-K / 1-SA / 1-U.
Reg A
The full Reg A pipeline: 1-A, 1-K, 1-SA, 1-U, post-qualification amendments. Concierge handles 1-A end-to-end.
How the wizards work
Every wizard has the same shape: 5 to 12 steps, each step pre-populated from the Vault, every field validated, AI Assist available on free-text fields. You can save and resume; you can branch into multiple parallel drafts; you can compare against your prior period filing.
Submission
Most filings submit directly to EDGAR. Exceptions are paper filings (rare) and filings that require manual review by a regulator (Reg A 1-A qualification, for example).
What we do not yet support
A handful of niche forms (CB, F-X, 24F-2NT, 18-K). If you need one, contact your CSM and we will scope it.
