What is Market Fortress

A high-level orientation across the 12 modules and how they connect.

Updated 2026-04-30overvieworientation

Market Fortress is the system of record and execution layer for public-company compliance. It replaces the patchwork of Excel, Dropbox, Word, and counsel email threads that most issuers run on today.

The twelve modules

  1. Vault is the single source of truth: officers, directors, contracts, litigation, equity, financials.
  2. Drafts is where 76 SEC, OTC, and Reg A filings live, from new draft to EDGAR submission.
  3. Concierge is the AI-powered drafting partner for Reg A, S-1, and F-1 offerings.
  4. Calendar auto-computes filing deadlines with federal holiday and business-day awareness.
  5. Operations holds blackout windows, 10b5-1 plans, Section 16 alerts, and deadline detection.
  6. Equity is your cap table, with dilution scenarios and Carta sync.
  7. Financials is the trial balance, statements, MD&A, and QuickBooks sync.
  8. Earnings coordinates the press release, 8-K, and 10-Q with cross-disclosure consistency.
  9. Portals is the magic-link workspace for outside counsel and auditors.
  10. Audit Trail is the immutable, signed log of every change.
  11. Copilot is the conversational assistant that has read every line of your data.
  12. Settings is team, integrations, security, and billing.

How they connect

Everything reads from the Vault. When you change an officer in the Vault, every draft filing with the affected disclosure picks up the change automatically. The audit trail records who made the change and when.

This is why the Vault setup in your first week matters. A clean Vault means clean filings forever.
